【摘要】：目的了解寧波市臨床醫(yī)護(hù)人員對(duì)性病就診者開展艾滋病病毒(HIV)和梅毒檢測(cè)咨詢的認(rèn)知情況,探索提高性病就診者HIV和梅毒檢測(cè)服務(wù)質(zhì)量的措施。方法對(duì)45家醫(yī)院性病就診者相關(guān)科室的臨床醫(yī)護(hù)人員開展現(xiàn)場(chǎng)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果調(diào)查對(duì)象艾滋病基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)知曉率較高(98.9%),84人(95.5%)知曉本市已開展性病就診者HIV和梅毒篩查工作,并有71人(80.7%)接受過(guò)關(guān)于性病診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與報(bào)告要求的培訓(xùn),88名(100.0%)醫(yī)護(hù)人員愿意主動(dòng)推薦性病就診者開展HIV、梅毒檢測(cè),其中85人(96.6%)曾主動(dòng)推薦過(guò)性病就診者開展HIV和梅毒檢測(cè)。不同科室接受過(guò)相關(guān)培訓(xùn)的差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=7.701,P=0.001)。調(diào)查對(duì)象報(bào)告,促進(jìn)HIV和梅毒相關(guān)檢測(cè)存在困難較多的原因包括就診者太多沒有時(shí)間做思想疏導(dǎo)、就診者自愿檢測(cè)意識(shí)不足等。結(jié)論臨床醫(yī)護(hù)人員知曉本地性病就診者HIV、梅毒檢測(cè)政策,并愿意主動(dòng)推薦就診者開展HIV和梅毒檢測(cè),但目前仍存在就診者自愿檢測(cè)意識(shí)不足、相關(guān)科室技術(shù)培訓(xùn)范圍不一等問(wèn)題,應(yīng)在性病就診者中擴(kuò)大自愿檢測(cè),加強(qiáng)其他科室醫(yī)護(hù)人員相關(guān)培訓(xùn),以構(gòu)建良好的就醫(yī)環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the cognition of HIV (HIV) and syphilis testing among STD patients in Ningbo, and to explore the measures to improve the service quality of HIV and syphilis testing in STD patients. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among clinical doctors and nurses in related departments of STD patients in 45 hospitals. Results the awareness rate of AIDS basic knowledge was high (98.9%), 84 people (95.5%) knew that HIV and syphilis screening work had been carried out in this city. Among them, 71 (80.7%) received training on diagnostic criteria and reporting requirements for STDs, and 88 (100.0%) health care workers were willing to actively recommend STD patients for HIV, syphilis testing. Eighty-five (96. 6%) of them had recommended STD patients for HIV and syphilis testing. There was a significant difference in the training received by different departments (蠂 2 = 7.701, P < 0.001). The survey subjects reported that there were more difficulties in promoting HIV and syphilis-related testing, including too many patients who did not have time for thought guidance, and patients who volunteered to test for lack of consciousness, and so on. Conclusion the clinical doctors and nurses are aware of the policy of HIV, syphilis testing for local STD patients and are willing to recommend the patients to carry out HIV and syphilis testing on their own initiative, but at present there is still a lack of awareness of voluntary testing among the patients who visit the venereal diseases. In order to construct a good environment for seeking medical treatment, we should expand voluntary testing among STD patients and strengthen relevant training of medical staff in other departments in order to construct a good environment for seeking medical treatment in order to improve the scope of technical training in related departments.
