【摘要】：正目的:研究核糖核苷酸還原酶(RR)作為抗HBV及其相關(guān)肝癌藥物靶點(diǎn)的可能性以及其抑制劑抗HBV的作用和機(jī)制。方法:免疫印跡檢測(cè)RR表達(dá),RR assay檢測(cè)其活性;虛擬篩選得到老藥柳胺酚,并檢測(cè)其對(duì)RR活性的抑制;PCR檢測(cè)柳胺酚
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the possibility of ribonucleotide reductase (RR) as a target of anti-HBV and its related drugs for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and the anti-HBV effect and mechanism of its inhibitor. Methods: immunoblotting was used to detect the expression of RR, RR assay to detect its activity; virtual screening was performed to obtain the old drug salicamol and its inhibition on RR activity was detected; PCR was used to detect the activity of salicylaminophenol.
