【摘要】：目的分析河南省口服脊髓灰質(zhì)炎(脊灰)減毒活疫苗(OPV)接種后疫苗相關(guān)麻痹型脊灰(Vaccine-associated Paralytic Poliomyelitis,VAPP)病例發(fā)生規(guī)律,為其防控措施制定提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法采用描述性分析方法對河南省2004~2015年VAPP病例進行分析。結(jié)果 2004~2015年河南省共報告VAPP病例26例,發(fā)生率為0.16/100萬劑次;其中首劑OPV接種后VAPP 20例(73.08%),發(fā)生率為1.11/100萬劑次。發(fā)生數(shù)男女性比為5.5∶1。23例(88.46%)為2~6月齡兒童。接種至麻痹平均時間間隔為23天。病例麻痹部位主要為雙下肢、單下肢。麻痹60天后隨訪均有殘留麻痹。14例(53.85%)病例合并其他疾病,其中9例合并肛周膿腫。在13例脊灰疫苗病毒分離陽性的VAPP病例中,Ⅱ型占61.54%。結(jié)論 VAPP病例以低月齡、首劑OPV接種兒童為主。應(yīng)密切關(guān)注脊灰疫苗免疫策略調(diào)整后VAPP發(fā)生情況。
[Abstract]:Aim to analyze the occurrence regularity of vaccine-related paralytic poliomyelitis (Vaccine-associated Paralytic Poliomyelitis,VAPP) cases after oral poliomyelitis (poliomyelitis) live attenuated vaccine (OPV) vaccination in Henan Province, and to provide scientific basis for its prevention and control measures. Methods descriptive analysis was used to analyze the cases of VAPP in Henan Province from 2004 to 2015.
