【摘要】:目的檢測?谑惺勰迪牳腥局Z如病毒的情況,為諾如病毒防治提供參考。方法 2015年9月-2016年5月,在?谑须S機抽樣,采集牡蠣標本,提取病毒核酸,應用實時熒光定量PCR檢測諾如病毒核酸,進行諾如病毒GⅠ群或GⅡ群基因分型。以脊髓灰質炎疫苗中的病毒作為標準品檢測病毒的回收率。結果牡蠣標本220份,分別來自廣東湛江、廣西北海、海南?诤唾僦。經(jīng)實時熒光定量PCR檢測6份標本諾如病毒核酸陽性,陽性率為2.73%;其中4份標本同時攜帶諾如病毒GⅠ群和GⅡ群,2份僅GⅡ群陽性。冬季和春季采集的標本陽性率分別為5.88%(4/68)和3.64%(2/55)。廣東湛江和海南?诘哪迪犞Z如病毒陽性率分別為9.80%(5/51)和1.28%(1/78),其他兩地的牡蠣未檢出諾如病毒。以脊髓灰質炎疫苗作為標準品驗證諾如病毒的平均回收率為11.46%。結論海口市市售牡蠣受到諾如病毒污染,有關部門應采取相應措施,加強市售海產品管理,降低人群感染諾和病毒的風險。
