【摘要】：目的了解不同檢測方法對乙肝五項指標的臨床檢測結果的影響以及應用價值。方法選取本院2015-2016年期間收治乙肝患者相關臨床資料納入本文研究對象內(nèi),抽取1500份標本并分別接受化學發(fā)光酶免疫法(CLEIA)以及酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗法(ELISA)對患者乙肝五項相關指標進行檢測,通過回顧性分析后歸納兩種臨床常用乙肝五項指標檢測手段數(shù)據(jù)的陽性率以及符合率。結果對所有標本經(jīng)過兩種方法檢測后,提示血清當中乙肝五項在陽性率方面數(shù)據(jù)差異經(jīng)統(tǒng)計學軟件處理提示并無明顯差異(P0.05)。結論臨床檢測乙肝五項指標方法中CLEIA以及ELISA兩種手段均有著令人滿意的敏感性和特異性,其中ELISA檢測手段具有操作方便、結果快捷的優(yōu)點,可在基層醫(yī)院廣泛推廣,但出現(xiàn)假陽性、假陰性情況概率較高,CLEIA檢測方法有突出的敏感性和特異性,同時在定量方面也有突出價值,相比之下更有利于醫(yī)生掌握患者體內(nèi)乙肝病毒的具體狀況,值得臨床重視推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of different detection methods on the clinical results of five indexes of hepatitis B and its application value. Methods the clinical data of hepatitis B patients treated in our hospital from 2015 to 2016 were selected and included in this study. 1500 samples were collected and detected by chemiluminescent enzyme immunoassay (CLEIA) and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). After retrospective analysis, the positive rate and coincidence rate of two kinds of clinical data of five indexes of hepatitis B were summarized. Results the results showed that there was no significant difference in the positive rate of the five items of hepatitis B in serum between the two methods (P0.05). Conclusion both CLEIA and ELISA have satisfactory sensitivity and specificity in clinical detection of hepatitis B, and ELISA detection has the advantages of convenient operation and quick results, which can be widely used in basic hospitals. But false positive, false negative situation probability is higher, CLEIA detection method has outstanding sensitivity and specificity, at the same time also has outstanding value in quantitative aspect, by contrast, it is more conducive to doctors to grasp the specific situation of hepatitis B virus in patients' body. Clinical attention should be attached to the promotion.
