【摘要】：正患者,女,21歲,有家禽接觸史,因發(fā)熱伴咳嗽、咳痰5 d于2013年2月7日入院,體溫最高40℃,出現(xiàn)咳嗽、咳痰,當(dāng)?shù)卦\所治療無明顯好轉(zhuǎn)就診我院急診科。雙肺CT檢查顯示:雙肺肺炎、右側(cè)胸腔積液;血常規(guī)提示白細(xì)胞減少,收住我院血液內(nèi)科治療。入院后持續(xù)高熱,伴胸悶、氣促及心悸。體格檢查:唇甲紫紺,咽充血,雙側(cè)扁桃體Ⅱ°腫大,雙肺呼吸
