【摘要】：目的了解艾滋病病毒(HIV)-1p24抗原和抗體聯(lián)合檢測(cè)在臨床應(yīng)用的價(jià)值。方法總結(jié)從2012-2016年HIV-1p24抗原和抗體聯(lián)合檢測(cè)并且能區(qū)分是抗原還是抗體陽性的臨床結(jié)果,并和不能區(qū)分抗原抗體的四代酶聯(lián)試劑結(jié)果比較,對(duì)其中HIV-1p24抗原陽性的樣本進(jìn)行CD4+T淋巴細(xì)胞及HIV核糖核酸(RNA)的檢測(cè)。結(jié)果 2012-2016年共檢測(cè)HIV-1p24抗原和抗體聯(lián)合檢測(cè)樣本10 476例,其中HIV抗體陽性777例,HIV-1p24抗原陽性36例,其中抗原抗體同時(shí)陽性8例,單獨(dú)HIV-1p24抗原陽性28例。結(jié)論 HIV-1p24抗原和抗體聯(lián)合檢測(cè)敏感性高、特異性強(qiáng),尤其是能將抗原和抗體陽性區(qū)分開來,大大縮短了窗口期,提高了HIV急性期感染的檢出率。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the clinical value of combined detection of (HIV)-1p24 antigen and antibody of HIV. Methods the clinical results of combined detection of HIV-1p24 antigens and antibodies from 2012 to 2016 were summarized, and the results were compared with those of four generations of enzyme-linked reagents which could not distinguish between antigen and antibody, and the results were compared with those of four generations of enzyme-linked reagents which could not distinguish between antigen and antibody. CD4 T lymphocytes and HIV ribonucleic acid (RNA) were detected in HIV-1p24 antigen positive samples. Results from 2012 to 2016, a total of 10 476 samples were tested for HIV-1p24 antigen and antibody. Among them, HIV antibody was positive in 777 cases, HIV-1p24 antigen was positive in 36 cases, both antigen and antibody were positive in 8 cases, and HIV-1p24 antigen alone was positive in 28 cases. Conclusion the combined detection of HIV-1p24 antigen and antibody has high sensitivity and specificity, especially it can distinguish the positive antigen from antibody, greatly shorten the window period and improve the detection rate of acute HIV infection.
