【摘要】：目的了解江蘇省連云港市腎綜合征出血熱(HFRS)流行特征,為該市HFRS防制提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法采用描述性流行病學(xué)方法對(duì)1999-2015年江蘇省連云港市HFRS的時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)和人群分布情況進(jìn)行描述。結(jié)果 1999-2015年連云港市共報(bào)告1 937例HFRS病例,占全省總數(shù)的32.6%,年均發(fā)病率2.34/10萬(wàn),1999-2015年發(fā)病率總體呈下降趨勢(shì);呈秋冬型單峰分布,10月-次年1月病例數(shù)占總數(shù)的75.5%,不同縣區(qū)發(fā)病高峰存在差異;年均發(fā)病率以灌云縣最高,為3.92/10萬(wàn),贛榆縣HFRS發(fā)病率由1999年的12.93/10萬(wàn)下降到2015年0.34/10萬(wàn)、東海縣由4.91/10萬(wàn)下降到0.74/10萬(wàn),市區(qū)(海州、連云)發(fā)病2001年之前最低0.15/10萬(wàn),2013-2015年最高達(dá)到4.07/10萬(wàn);隨年齡增大發(fā)病率上升,60歲~發(fā)病率最高,為6.33/10萬(wàn),60歲以上年齡組2005-2008年發(fā)病率在3.61/10萬(wàn)以下,2009-2015年(除2012年)在4.69~6.86/10萬(wàn)之間。結(jié)論連云港市HFRS流行近年出現(xiàn)老疫區(qū)(贛榆、東海)發(fā)病率降低,而市區(qū)(海州、連云)上升,60歲以上年齡組發(fā)病上升的新特征,需要及時(shí)調(diào)整防控重點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the epidemic characteristics of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) in Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province, and to provide scientific basis for HFRS control in Lianyungang City. Methods descriptive epidemiological method was used to describe the time, location and population distribution of HFRS in Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province from 1999 to 2015. Results from 1999 to 2015, a total of 1 937 HFRS cases were reported in Lianyungang city, accounting for 32.6% of the total number of cases in the province. The average annual incidence rate was 2.34 / 100000, and the incidence rate decreased from 1999 to 2015 as a whole. The number of cases from October to January of the following year accounted for 75.5% of the total, and there was a difference in the peak of incidence among different counties. The annual incidence of HFRS decreased from 12.93 / 100000 in 1999 to 0.34 / 100000 in 2015 in Ganyu County, and from 4.91 / 100000 in Donghai County to 0.74 / 100000 in Donghai County. The incidence rate was 0.15 / 100000 before 2001 and 4.07 / 100000 in 2013-2015; With the increase of age, the incidence rate from 60 to 100000 was the highest (6.33 / 100000). The incidence rate was less than 3.61 / 100000 in 2005-2008 and 4.69 / 6.86 / 100000 in 2009-2015 (except 2012) in the age group over 60 years old in 2005-2008 and in 2009-2015 (except 2012), the incidence rate was less than 3.61 / 100000. Conclusion the prevalence of HFRS in Lianyungang city has decreased in recent years, while the incidence rate in urban area (Haizhou, Lianyun) has increased. It is necessary to adjust the emphasis of prevention and control in time because of the new characteristics of rising incidence in the age group over 60 years old in Lianyungang.
