【摘要】：Wolbachia是動物界最常見的細菌感染,對無脊椎動物繁殖、性別決定、物種形成和行為有著巨大的影響。近年來,利用Wolbachia改變蚊蟲種群、用抗Wolbachia療法治療絲蟲感染取得開創(chuàng)性成果。本文概述了Wolbachia在基礎和應用生命科學領域內(nèi)最新進展。
[Abstract]:Wolbachia is the most common bacterial infection in animal kingdom, which has a great influence on invertebrate reproduction, sex determination, species formation and behavior. In recent years, Wolbachia was used to change mosquito population and anti-Wolbachia therapy was used to treat filariasis infection. This paper summarizes the latest progress of Wolbachia in the field of basic and applied life sciences.
