【摘要】：目的:分析湖北省醫(yī)務(wù)人員艾滋病歧視現(xiàn)狀,探討影響艾滋病歧視的相關(guān)因素,提出反歧視措施。方法:對(duì)300名醫(yī)務(wù)人員就對(duì)艾滋病患者或感染者的態(tài)度及其影響因素進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析。結(jié)果:69.33%的醫(yī)務(wù)人員愿意為艾滋病患者提供服務(wù);89%的醫(yī)務(wù)人員認(rèn)為自己在工作中有可能感染艾滋病;醫(yī)療歧視的影響因素為職業(yè),文化程度,接觸經(jīng)歷,差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:需要從服務(wù)提供體系、接受服務(wù)的患者、社會(huì)支持環(huán)境等方面改善醫(yī)療歧視現(xiàn)狀。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the current situation of AIDS discrimination among medical staff in Hubei Province, to explore the related factors affecting AIDS discrimination, and to propose anti-discrimination measures. Methods: 300 medical staff were investigated and analyzed the attitude to AIDS patients and their influencing factors. Results: 69.33% of the medical staff were willing to provide services for AIDS patients, 89% of them believed that they were likely to be infected with AIDS in their work. The influencing factors of medical discrimination were occupation, education level, exposure experience, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: it is necessary to improve the current situation of medical discrimination from the aspects of service delivery system, patients receiving services, social support environment and so on.
