【摘要】：目的分析兒童應(yīng)用抗結(jié)核藥物引起肝毒性反應(yīng)的相關(guān)因素,以探究?jī)和槍?duì)抗結(jié)核藥物的應(yīng)用方案。方法將我院于2014年7月~2015年7月期間收入實(shí)施門診或住院治療的64例結(jié)核病患兒作為觀察對(duì)象,并將其分為觀察組和對(duì)照組,各32例。觀察組患兒均為用藥后出現(xiàn)肝毒性反應(yīng),對(duì)照組患兒均為用藥后無(wú)不良反應(yīng)出現(xiàn)。結(jié)果經(jīng)對(duì)研究對(duì)象留存資料進(jìn)行分析可知,其患兒應(yīng)用抗結(jié)核藥物后發(fā)生肝毒性反應(yīng)主要由年齡過(guò)小、體質(zhì)不佳、用藥方案等因素所引起。結(jié)論兒童在應(yīng)用抗結(jié)核藥物時(shí)極有可能會(huì)由于年齡、體質(zhì)、用藥方案等多種因素引起肝毒性反應(yīng),因此需在其認(rèn)知基礎(chǔ)上做相應(yīng)的用藥方案調(diào)整,以便為相關(guān)疾病患兒提供更為優(yōu)質(zhì)的醫(yī)療質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the related factors of hepatotoxicity induced by antituberculotic drugs in children, and to explore the application of antituberculotic drugs in children. Methods from July 2014 to July 2015, 64 children with tuberculosis received outpatient or inpatient treatment in our hospital as observation objects, and were divided into observation group and control group, 32 cases in each group. All the children in the observation group showed hepatotoxicity after medication, while the control group showed no adverse reactions. Results based on the analysis of the retention data of the subjects, the hepatotoxicity of children with antituberculotic drugs was mainly caused by the factors such as too young age, poor constitution, medication scheme and so on. Conclusion it is very possible for children to cause hepatotoxic reactions due to age, physique, medication regimen and other factors when using antituberculotic drugs. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the medication scheme on the basis of their cognition. In order to provide a better quality of medical care for children with related diseases.
