【摘要】：目的探索昆明市男男性行為者(MSM)艾滋病病毒(HIV)新發(fā)感染率及其影響因素。方法采用同伴推動(dòng)抽樣法招募MSM,建立前瞻性、開放性隊(duì)列,HIV抗體陰性者進(jìn)入隨訪隊(duì)列,每6個(gè)月隨訪1次,并進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查和血清學(xué)檢測(cè)。結(jié)果共547名MSM納入隊(duì)列,HIV新發(fā)感染率為5.32/100人年,梅毒新發(fā)感染率為5.59/100人年。研究對(duì)象的安全套使用情況差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ~2=14.852,P0.05)。非條件Logistic回歸分析顯示,發(fā)生性行為時(shí)未堅(jiān)持使用安全套的MSM,感染HIV的危險(xiǎn)性是堅(jiān)持使用安全套者的3.546倍。結(jié)論昆明市MSM的新發(fā)感染率達(dá)到較高水平,未堅(jiān)持使用安全套是MSM感染HIV的危險(xiǎn)因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the new (MSM) (HIV) infection rate and its influencing factors in MSM in Kunming. Methods Peer-driven sampling was used to recruit MSM, to establish prospective, open cohort, and HIV antibody negative patients were enrolled in the follow-up queue, followed up once every 6 months, and the questionnaire survey and serological examination were carried out. Results A total of 547 MSM patients were enrolled in the cohort. The new infection rate of HIV was 5.32 / 100 person-years, and that of syphilis was 5.59 / 100 person-years. There was significant difference in condom use among the subjects (蠂 ~ 2 ~ 2 ~ 14.852P 0.05). Non-conditional Logistic regression analysis showed that the risk of HIV infection in MSM, patients who did not insist on condom use during sexual intercourse was 3.546 times higher than that in condom users. Conclusion the new infection rate of MSM in Kunming reached a high level, and the failure to use condom was the risk factor of MSM infection with HIV.
