【摘要】：目的比較痰涂片結(jié)核菌與抗原膠體金法在肺結(jié)核早期檢驗中的應(yīng)用效果。方法選擇我院2014年11月—2015年11月收治的肺結(jié)核早期患者80例為研究對象,根據(jù)隨機數(shù)字表法將患者分為觀察組和對照組各40例。對照組患者采取抗原膠體金法檢測,觀察組患者予以痰涂片結(jié)核菌法檢測,對比2組的陽性率檢測。結(jié)果觀察組患者陽性檢測率為92.5%,對照組為65.00%,觀察組患者陽性檢測率顯著高于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論與抗原膠體金法相比,痰涂片結(jié)核菌在肺結(jié)核早期檢驗中效果更顯著,診斷價值更高。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the effect of smear and antigen-colloidal gold method in early detection of pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods Eighty patients with early pulmonary tuberculosis admitted in our hospital from November 2014 to November 2015 were randomly divided into two groups: observation group (n = 40) and control group (n = 40). The patients in the control group were detected by antigen colloidal gold method, the patients in the observation group were detected by sputum smear tuberculous bacillus method, and the positive rate of the two groups was compared. Results the positive rate of observation group was 92.5 and that of control group was 65.00. The positive rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P0.05). Conclusion compared with antigenic colloidal gold method, sputum smear tuberculous bacillus is more effective in early detection of pulmonary tuberculosis and has higher diagnostic value.
