【摘要】：目的分析四川口岸首例輸入性三日瘧感染病例的臨床表現(xiàn)及實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢測(cè)結(jié)果,為四川地區(qū)三日瘧的預(yù)防控制提供參考依據(jù)。方法對(duì)2017年四川口岸1例瘧疾患者采集血樣,采用BinaxNow瘧疾快速診斷試劑盒、瑞吉染色鏡檢和實(shí)時(shí)熒光PCR方法進(jìn)行鑒定。結(jié)果瘧疾快速診斷試劑盒檢測(cè)患者血樣為除惡性瘧原蟲以外的間日瘧原蟲、三日瘧原蟲或卵形瘧原蟲感染;血涂片鏡檢為三日瘧原蟲,密度為2 400/μl;實(shí)時(shí)熒光PCR檢測(cè)三日瘧原蟲核酸陽性。結(jié)論結(jié)合血涂片、PCR等檢測(cè)結(jié)果、流行病學(xué)資料和臨床表現(xiàn),該患者確診為輸入性三日瘧原蟲感染病例。提示應(yīng)加強(qiáng)瘧防專業(yè)人員三日瘧診治技能培訓(xùn),以減少誤診誤治。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the clinical manifestations and laboratory results of the first imported 3-day malaria infection in Sichuan Port, and to provide a reference for the prevention and control of 3-day malaria in Sichuan. Methods Blood samples were collected from a case of malaria in Sichuan Port in 2017. The rapid diagnosis kit of BinaxNow malaria was used to identify the patients with malaria by Ruigi staining microscopy and real-time fluorescence PCR. Results the blood samples of the patients were vivax except Plasmodium falciparum, Plasmodium vivax or Plasmodium ovum infection with rapid diagnostic kit, and the blood smear showed Plasmodium falciparum with a density of 2 400 / 渭 l. Real-time fluorescence PCR was used to detect nucleic acid of Plasmodium falciparum. Conclusion combined with the results of blood smear, PCR, epidemiological data and clinical manifestations, the patient was diagnosed as imported infection of Plasmodium falciparum. The results suggest that the training of 3-day malaria diagnosis and treatment skills should be strengthened for malaria control professionals in order to reduce misdiagnosis and mistreatment.
