【摘要】：目的了解目前中國(guó)醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院就診患者中HIV感染發(fā)生情況,分析HIV感染者及HIV篩查試驗(yàn)呈假陽(yáng)性反應(yīng)者在各科室的分布情況及常見的實(shí)驗(yàn)室指標(biāo)異常情況,探討常規(guī)實(shí)驗(yàn)室指標(biāo)對(duì)HIV初篩結(jié)果的影響。方法收集中國(guó)醫(yī)大一院2012年5月至2013年3月就診患者中HIV初篩陽(yáng)性者的就診信息,統(tǒng)計(jì)分析HIV感染陽(yáng)性率,HIV感染者及HIV陰性患者的人群分布,及常規(guī)實(shí)驗(yàn)室指標(biāo)與HIV初篩假陽(yáng)性的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果就診患者HIV初篩40 833人,確認(rèn)實(shí)驗(yàn)陽(yáng)性67人,陽(yáng)性率為0.156%。在定性檢測(cè)的實(shí)驗(yàn)室指標(biāo)中,TP、GGT在HIV感染者的頻率高于HIV初篩假陽(yáng)性者(P=0.003 9,P=0.001 0),ALP、CA19-9在HIV初篩假陽(yáng)性中頻率有高于HIV感染者的趨勢(shì)(P=0.0624,P=0.0969)。在定量檢測(cè)的實(shí)驗(yàn)室指標(biāo)量中,ASO GGT ALB AST有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,HIV初篩假陽(yáng)性組中ALB的均值高于HIV感染者(P=0.022)。結(jié)論 ALP、CA19-9、ALB實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢測(cè)結(jié)果的異�？赡芘cHIV初篩假陽(yáng)性相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the prevalence of HIV infection among the patients in the first affiliated Hospital of China Medical University, and to analyze the distribution of HIV infection and false positive HIV screening test in different departments and the abnormal laboratory indexes. To investigate the effect of routine laboratory indexes on the results of HIV screening. Methods from May 2012 to March 2013, the information of patients with HIV positive screening was collected, and the positive rate of HIV infection and the distribution of HIV infected patients and HIV negative patients were analyzed statistically. And the correlation between routine laboratory indexes and false positive of HIV screening. Results 40 833 patients were screened for HIV, 67 of them were positive in the experiment, the positive rate was 0.156. The frequency of TP,GGT in HIV infected patients was higher than that in HIV false positive individuals (P0. 0039 / P0. 001 0), and the frequency of ALP,CA19-9 in HIV was higher than that in HIV infected persons (P0. 0624). P0. 0969). There was statistical significance in the quantity of, ASO GGT ALB AST in the laboratory index of quantitative detection. The average value of ALB in the false positive group of HIV screening was higher than that in the infected group of HIV (P0. 022). Conclusion the abnormal results of ALP,CA19-9,ALB laboratory may be related to false positive of HIV screening.
