【摘要】：由于免疫功能低下人群不斷增長,機(jī)會性致病寄生蟲感染相應(yīng)的增多。目前,人們對機(jī)會性致病寄生蟲的生物學(xué)知識認(rèn)識不足,對蟲種的鑒定分型、人群感染狀況、感染的來源及方式等的研究較少,多數(shù)機(jī)會性寄生蟲研究缺乏動物模型。HIV在特殊人群中的流行,促進(jìn)了對機(jī)會性感染的研究和認(rèn)識,大大降低了機(jī)會性感染的發(fā)病率。機(jī)會性寄生蟲病的臨床表現(xiàn)復(fù)雜,臨床醫(yī)生的認(rèn)識不足,缺乏敏感、特異性的檢測方法和治療藥物,是感染性疾病防治的瓶頸。大量的基礎(chǔ)研究的支撐、發(fā)掘診斷和治療的靶分子是解決這些問題的關(guān)鍵。
[Abstract]:Due to the increase of immune function, opportunistic parasite infection increases accordingly. At present, there is a lack of understanding of the biological knowledge of opportunistic parasites, less research on the identification and classification of insect species, the status of human infection, the sources and ways of infection, etc. Most studies on opportunistic parasites lack animal models. The prevalence of HIV in special population promotes the research and understanding of opportunistic infection and greatly reduces the incidence of opportunistic infection. The clinical manifestations of opportunistic parasitic diseases are complex, the clinicians lack of understanding, lack of sensitive, specific detection methods and treatment drugs, which are the bottleneck of the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases. A large number of basic research support, the discovery of diagnosis and treatment of target molecules are the key to solve these problems.
