【摘要】：目的通過對獻(xiàn)血者進(jìn)行嚴(yán)格的抗-HIV檢測,對抗-HIV陽性獻(xiàn)血者的人群結(jié)構(gòu)和相關(guān)感染途徑進(jìn)行分析,了解獻(xiàn)血者HIV的感染狀況和流行趨勢,為制定降低經(jīng)輸血傳播HIV風(fēng)險的有效措施提供依據(jù)。方法獻(xiàn)血前在現(xiàn)場進(jìn)行抗-HIV金標(biāo)法快速檢測,獻(xiàn)血后用2家ELISA試劑進(jìn)行雙試劑篩查及NAT篩查,將初篩結(jié)果為陽性的樣品及時送檢確認(rèn),對確認(rèn)陽性者資料進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果本中心2006—2013年無償獻(xiàn)血者抗-HIV篩查檢測中,共發(fā)現(xiàn)抗-HIV初篩陽性218例,WB確證抗-HIV陽性87例�？�-HIV陽性獻(xiàn)血者中,年齡在20—30歲的占59.8%;職業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)中,工人占比率較大(占27.6%);學(xué)歷結(jié)構(gòu)中,大學(xué)專科以上學(xué)歷占56.3%;性別結(jié)構(gòu)中,男性占89.7%。屬固定獻(xiàn)血者范疇的有5例。傳播途徑中,以男男同性性行為為主(MSM),占49.4%,其中年齡在20-29歲29例,共占MSM的67.4%。結(jié)論 8年來,本地區(qū)無償獻(xiàn)血者抗-HIV陽性率呈上升趨勢、且具有年輕化和男性化的特點,傳播途徑以MSM為主,已經(jīng)波及固定的無償獻(xiàn)血者隊伍,提示在完善血源招募服務(wù)工作的同時,加強獻(xiàn)血者HIV防護(hù)知識的宣教不可忽視。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the infection status and epidemic trend of HIV in blood donors by analyzing the population structure and related infection routes of blood donors with anti-HIV positive blood donors by strict anti-HIV detection. To provide the basis for making effective measures to reduce the risk of HIV transmitted through blood transfusion. Methods before blood donation, two ELISA reagents were used for double reagent screening and NAT screening before blood donation. The positive samples were sent to test and confirm in time, and the data of those who confirmed positive were statistically analyzed. Results from 2006 to 2013, 218 cases of anti-HIV positive and 87 cases of WB confirmed anti-HIV positive were found. Among the blood donors aged 20 to 30 years old, 59.8% were positive for anti-HIV, 27. 6% for workers, 56.3% for college degree or above, 27. 6% for professional structure, 56. 3% for anti-HIV positive blood donors, and 56. 8% for those aged 20 to 30 years old, 27. 6% and 56. 3% respectively. Of the gender structure, 89. 7% were male. There were 5 cases in the category of fixed blood donors. Among the transmission routes, male homosexual sex accounted for 49.4% of (MSM), among which 29 cases were aged 20-29 years, accounting for 67.4% of MSM. Conclusion in the past 8 years, the positive rate of anti-HIV in unpaid blood donors in this area is on the rise, and has the characteristics of young age and masculinity. MSM is the main route of transmission, and it has spread to a fixed contingent of unpaid blood donors. It is suggested that while improving the blood recruitment service, the propaganda and education of HIV protection knowledge of blood donors should not be ignored.
