【摘要】：目的對(duì)百色市報(bào)告的1例輸入性惡性瘧病例的流行病學(xué)及診療情況進(jìn)行分析,為今后發(fā)現(xiàn)及治療輸入性瘧疾病例提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法對(duì)患者的流行病學(xué)史、診療經(jīng)過等資料進(jìn)行收集、整理和分析。結(jié)果該例患者有明確的非洲務(wù)工史,駐地為瘧疾流行區(qū),回國后發(fā)病,RDT、血檢、PCR證實(shí)惡性瘧原蟲感染陽性。西林縣2004年至2016年未發(fā)現(xiàn)本地感染瘧疾病例,推斷病例為境外感染本地發(fā)病。結(jié)論西林縣需加強(qiáng)境外返鄉(xiāng)人員的監(jiān)測(cè),盡早發(fā)現(xiàn)瘧疾病例并及時(shí)治療,以防止死亡病例的出現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the epidemiology, diagnosis and treatment of a case of imported falciparum malaria reported in Baise City, so as to provide scientific basis for the discovery and treatment of imported malaria cases in the future. Methods the data of epidemiological history, diagnosis and treatment were collected, sorted and analyzed. Results the patient had a clear history of working in Africa and was located in a malaria-endemic area. The patient developed the disease after returning to China. RDT, blood test and PCR confirmed the positive infection of Plasmodium falciparum (Plasmodium falciparum). No local malaria cases were found from 2004 to 2016 in Xilin County. Conclusion in Xilin County, the surveillance of overseas returnees should be strengthened, malaria cases should be detected as soon as possible and treated in time to prevent the occurrence of death cases.
