【摘要】：中東呼吸綜合征(Middle East Respiratory Syndrome,MERS)是2012年發(fā)現(xiàn)的由一種新型冠狀病毒感染所致的,具有高病死率的急性重癥呼吸道疾病,該冠狀病毒為中東呼吸綜合征冠狀病毒(MERS-COV)。目前,該疾病在中東地區(qū)蔓延流行,并擴(kuò)散至其他多個(gè)國家,已引起世界各地廣泛關(guān)注。本文對(duì)MERS的流行病學(xué)特征、臨床救治及全球應(yīng)對(duì)現(xiàn)狀等進(jìn)展做一綜述,為今后MERS的有效預(yù)防和防控發(fā)展提供建議參考。
[Abstract]:Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (Middle East Respiratory Syndrome,MERS) is an acute severe respiratory disease with high mortality caused by a new type of coronavirus found in 2012. The coronavirus is Middle East Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus (MERS-COV). At present, the spread of the disease in the Middle East and spread to many other countries, has caused widespread concern around the world. In this paper, the epidemiological characteristics, clinical treatment and global response of MERS are reviewed in order to provide suggestions for the effective prevention and control of MERS in the future.
