【摘要】：目的:探討血清維生素D水平與肺結核發(fā)病之間的關系。方法:以人群調(diào)查為基礎,選擇70名新發(fā)初治菌陽肺結核患者為病例組,根據(jù)性別、年齡和居住地作為配對條件1:3納入未患結核病的健康人群對照,對資料進行均數(shù)檢驗、條件Logistic回歸分析,維生素D水平采用Roche Cobas e601型全自動電化學發(fā)光免疫分析儀進行檢測。結果:共納入70例肺結核患者與210例健康對照人群,病例組男性的血清維生素D水平明顯高于對照組男性(P0.05),經(jīng)條件Logistic回歸分析也顯示,血清維生素D是肺結核發(fā)病的危險因素(OR=1.04,95%CI:1.001~1.070,P0.05)。結論:血清維生素D與肺結核的患病風險具有統(tǒng)計學關聯(lián),對于維生素D在影響肺結核發(fā)病中的價值,仍需在國內(nèi)人群中開展更多高質(zhì)量、大樣本的流行病學調(diào)查驗證以提供更充分的證據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the relationship between serum vitamin D level and pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods: on the basis of population investigation, 70 patients with newly diagnosed bacillus positive pulmonary tuberculosis were selected as the case group. According to sex, age and place of residence as matched conditions, the healthy people without tuberculosis were included in the control group at 1:3, and the mean of the data was tested. Conditional Logistic regression analysis showed that vitamin D level was determined by Roche Cobas e 601 automatic electrochemiluminescence immunoanalyzer. Results: the serum vitamin D levels in 70 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and 210 healthy controls were significantly higher in the case group than in the control group (P0.05). The results of conditional Logistic regression analysis also showed that the serum vitamin D level in the male patients was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05). Serum vitamin D is the risk factor of pulmonary tuberculosis (OR=1.04,95%CI:1.001~1.070,P0.05). Conclusion: the serum vitamin D is associated with the risk of pulmonary tuberculosis. The value of vitamin D in affecting the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis still needs more high quality in the domestic population. Large samples of epidemiological evidence were tested to provide more sufficient evidence.
