【摘要】：目的探討天性梅毒新生兒的臨床表現(xiàn)、診斷情況、治療方法和預(yù)后。方法回顧性分析我院2013年1月~2015年6月收治的50例天性梅毒新生兒的臨床資料。結(jié)果天性梅毒新生兒的臨床表現(xiàn)多為皮膚粘膜受損、黃疸、肝損害、肝脾腫大等;臨床診斷以血球凝集反應(yīng)偵測梅毒螺旋體抗體(TPHA)和快速血漿反應(yīng)素試驗(RPR)的檢測結(jié)果均為陽性即可確診為先天性梅毒新生兒;本次實驗使用青霉素治療先天性梅毒新生兒,3例放棄治療,47例接受治療的患兒中痊愈45例,死亡2例;預(yù)后效果中,12個月復(fù)查的TPHA轉(zhuǎn)陰率為47.62%,12個月復(fù)查的RPR轉(zhuǎn)陰率為95.24%。結(jié)論若新生兒出現(xiàn)皮膚粘膜受損、黃疸、肝損害等癥狀應(yīng)高度懷疑先天性梅毒,應(yīng)及早進行診斷和治療。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical manifestation, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of congenital syphilis neonates. Methods the clinical data of 50 newborns with acquired syphilis admitted in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2015 were analyzed retrospectively. Results the clinical manifestations of congenital syphilis neonates were mostly skin mucosa damage, jaundice, liver damage, hepatosplenomegaly and so on. Congenital syphilis newborns can be diagnosed as congenital syphilis by hemagglutination reaction (HCR) detection of Treponema pallidum antibody (TPHA) and rapid plasma reactive hormone test (RPR). In this experiment, penicillin was used to treat congenital syphilis newborns, 3 cases gave up treatment, 45 cases were cured and 2 cases died. The negative rate of TPHA was 47.62 in 12 months and 95.24 in 12 months. Conclusion congenital syphilis should be highly suspected and diagnosed and treated as early as possible if the newborn has skin and mucous membrane damage, jaundice and liver damage.
