云南山區(qū)實施以傳染源控制為主的血吸蟲病綜合防治措施效果
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of integrated control measures of schistosomiasis in Yunnan mountain area. Methods from 2006 to 2014, 2 administrative villages were selected as observation areas in Jinduanxian plateau canyon and Pingba plateau endemic areas in Heqing County from 2006 to 2014, to carry out investigation and treatment, to check and control snails, to improve health education, to change water into toilets, to ban animal husbandry, and to build sanitary stables. Prevention and cure measures such as replacing cattle with machine. The effect of the comprehensive control measures was evaluated by taking the snail condition and the disease condition as the baseline data in 2006. Results the schistosomiasis infection rate in plateau canyons decreased from 4.94% in 2006 to 0.06% in 2014, while the infection rate in livestock decreased from 1.11% to 0. In 2007, one case of schistosomiasis was detected in Xiaoliancun in Pingba area, and no cases were found in other years. The infection rate of schistosomiasis in domestic animals decreased from 7.38% to 0.The snail area in plateau canyon and plateau Pingba area decreased by 74.89% and 75.30% respectively compared with 2006. The percentage of snail area, the occurrence rate of snail frame and the average density of live snail decreased in the two regions, but no infected snails were found since 2008. Xidian and Xinzhuang villages in plateau canyons met the control standards of schistosomiasis transmission in 2009, and Xiaolianand Kangfu villages in Pingba area reached the standard of blocking schistosomiasis transmission in 2014. Conclusion the comprehensive control measures of schistosomiasis mainly on the source of infection can effectively control the epidemic situation of schistosomiasis in mountainous areas of Yunnan Plateau. In order to consolidate and expand the results of blood control, we should pay equal attention to the control of source of infection and the elimination of Oncomelania hupensis in the future.
