【摘要】：目的探討HIV感染者和AIDS患者外周血T淋巴細(xì)胞活化亞群與病毒載量相關(guān)性。方法 2012年6-8月選擇河南省某AIDS高發(fā)地區(qū)HIV感染者322例和AIDS患者87例為研究對象,分別采用流式細(xì)胞儀和全自動病毒載量儀檢測HIV感染者和AIDS患者外周血T淋巴細(xì)胞及其活化亞群和血漿病毒載量,根據(jù)病毒載量水平將研究對象分為Ⅰ-Ⅳ組。結(jié)果HIV感染者與AIDS患者CD_3~+T細(xì)胞相對值、CD_(28)~+/CD_4~+比較,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。HIV感染者淋巴細(xì)胞絕對值和相對值、CD_3~+T細(xì)胞絕對值、CD_3~+CD_8~+T細(xì)胞絕對值、CD_3~+CD_4~+T細(xì)胞絕對值和相對值、CD_3~+CD_4~+CD_8~+T細(xì)胞絕對值均高于AIDS患者,CD_3~+CD_8~+T細(xì)胞相對值低于AIDS患者,輔助性T細(xì)胞與抑制性T細(xì)胞比值(H/S)、CD_(28)~+/CD_8~+高于AIDS患者,CD_(38)~+/CD_8~+低于AIDS患者,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。各組淋巴細(xì)胞絕對值和相對值、CD_3~+T細(xì)胞相對值、CD_3~+CD_8~+T細(xì)胞相對值、CD_3~+CD_4~+T細(xì)胞絕對值和相對值及H/S、CD_(28)~+/CD_4~+、CD_(28)~+/CD_8~+、CD_(38)~+/CD_8~+比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。CD_3~+T細(xì)胞相對值、CD_3~+CD_8~+T細(xì)胞相對值及CD_(38)~+/CD_8~+與病毒載量水平呈正相關(guān)(r_s=0.128、0.291、0.409,P0.05);CD_3~+CD_4~+T細(xì)胞絕對值和相對值、H/S、CD_(28)~+/CD_4~+、CD_(28)~+/CD_8~+與病毒載量水平呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r_s=-0.246、-0.318、-0.297、-0.184、-0.204,P0.05)。結(jié)論 HIV感染者和AIDS患者T淋巴細(xì)胞活化過程發(fā)生變化;隨著病毒載量水平變化,HIV感染者和AIDS患者的T淋巴細(xì)胞活化亞群水平也不同。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the correlation between T lymphocyte activation subsets and viral load in HIV infected patients and AIDS patients. Methods 322 cases of HIV infection and 87 cases of AIDS in a high incidence area of AIDS in Henan Province were selected from June to August 2012.
