【摘要】：目的分析中藥正肝湯對乙型肝炎肝硬化患者血清瘦素、脂聯(lián)素水平以及胰島素抵抗的影響。方法選擇2015年12月~2016年5月我院收治的乙型肝炎肝硬化患者90例作為研究對象,按進入醫(yī)院的編號分為觀察組和對照組,各45例。對照組患者進行口服維生素C和易善服的治療,觀察組患者在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上進行中藥正肝湯治療,全部患者進行為期3個月的治療,比較兩組患者治療后的血清瘦素、脂聯(lián)素水平以及胰島素抵抗指數(shù)。結(jié)果觀察組患者的血清瘦素、脂聯(lián)素水平以及胰島素抵抗指數(shù)明顯要比對照組低,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論在治療乙型肝炎肝硬化的過程中,利用中藥正肝湯治療在很大程度上能夠有效促進患者血清瘦素、脂聯(lián)素水平以及胰島素抵抗指數(shù)的顯著提升,值得在臨床應(yīng)用過程中進行大力的推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the effects of Zhenggan decoction on serum leptin, adiponectin and insulin resistance in patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis. Methods 90 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis admitted to our hospital from December 2015 to May 2016 were divided into observation group (n = 45) and control group (n = 45). The patients in the control group were treated with oral vitamin C and Yi Shan suit, the patients in the observation group were treated with Zhenggan decoction on the basis of the control group, and all the patients were treated for three months. The serum leptin after treatment was compared between the two groups. Adiponectin levels and insulin resistance index. Results the serum leptin, adiponectin levels and insulin resistance index in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion during the treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis, the treatment with Zhenggan decoction can effectively promote the elevation of serum leptin, adiponectin and insulin resistance index. It is worth popularizing in the process of clinical application.
