【摘要】：目的了解艾滋病病毒(HIV)陽性男同性戀者配偶的生存狀況。方法采用現(xiàn)象學研究法,對11名HIV抗體陽性的男同性戀者的配偶進行一對一的半結(jié)構(gòu)式深入訪談,了解她們存在的問題。收集資料分析整理后,提煉主題。結(jié)果 11名女性面臨的主要問題是:家庭不和睦、被欺騙感(問他既然是同性戀為什么要成家,他說是父母逼的,就這樣被他騙了)、恥辱感(認為艾滋病是傷風敗俗、性混亂引起的,被別人看不起)、有性病艾滋病感染的危險(都認為丈夫就是傳染源,被丈夫傳染,也確診感染HIV),受訪者對男同性戀者對待婚姻家庭的行為深感痛恨,但又無力改變現(xiàn)狀,在父母和朋友面前抬不起頭。結(jié)論男同性戀者配偶的生活創(chuàng)傷造成其生存現(xiàn)狀的巨大改變和生存質(zhì)量顯著下降,醫(yī)務(wù)人員應(yīng)幫助HIV陽性男同性戀者的配偶減輕知情后負性心理,掌握艾滋病防護治療知識,重新找回生活的信心。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the survival status of male homosexual spouses with HIV (HIV) positive. Methods A one-to-one semi-structural interview was conducted on the spouses of 11 gay men who were positive for HIV antibody by phenomenological research to find out their problems. Collect and analyze the data and refine the theme. As a result, the main problems faced by 11 women were: family disharmony, feeling cheated (asking him why he wanted to start a family because he was gay, he said his parents forced him to do it, and so he cheated him), and shame (thinking that AIDS was a bad thing), Sexual confusion has been looked down upon by others), there is a risk of sexually transmitted diseases and AIDS infection (they think husband is the source of infection, infected by husband, but also confirmed infected with HIV), respondents deeply hate gay men's behavior towards marriage and family. But unable to change the status quo, in front of parents and friends can not raise their heads. Conclusion the life trauma of gay male spouses caused a great change in their living conditions and a significant decline in their quality of life. Medical staff should help the spouses of gay men with HIV positive to lighten their informed negative psychology and master the knowledge of AIDS prevention and treatment. To regain confidence in life.
