寨卡病毒與登革熱病毒交叉反應抗體引發(fā)嚴重性疾病的關系

【摘要】：登革病毒(DENV)不同血清型感染后,易導致抗體依賴增強反應(ADE)的嚴重性疾病發(fā)生。2015年5月巴西流行寨卡病毒(ZIKV)后,截止至2016年11月,流行已擴散到60多個國家和地區(qū),毗鄰我國的一些東南亞國家也有報告ZIKV感染病例。近期有研究顯示,ZIKV和DENV的包膜(E)蛋白EDI和EDII兩表位引發(fā)的抗體或由此產(chǎn)生的單克隆抗體具有很強的交叉反應性,易引起ADE的發(fā)生。我國沿海省份歷年時有DENV病毒流行,今后ZIKV流行事件極有可能發(fā)生,因此,由該病毒流行引起的嚴重性疾病發(fā)生我們必須要關注和提出應對措施。
[Abstract]:Infection with different serotypes of dengue virus (DENV) can easily lead to serious diseases that rely on an enhanced antibody response to (ADE). After the May 2015 epidemic of Zika virus (ZIKV) in Brazil, as of November 2016, The epidemic has spread to more than 60 countries and regions, and some Southeast Asian countries adjacent to China have also reported cases of ZIKV infection. Recent studies have shown that the antibodies induced by the EDI and EDII epitopes of (E) protein of ZIKV and DENV, or the monoclonal antibodies produced therefrom, have strong cross-reactivity and are prone to the occurrence of ADE. DENV virus has been prevalent in coastal provinces of China over the years, and it is very likely that ZIKV epidemic events will occur in the future. Therefore, we must pay attention to the occurrence of serious diseases caused by the epidemic of the virus and put forward some countermeasures.
