【摘要】：目的探討陰道和宮頸尖銳濕疣(CA)組織中人乳頭瘤病毒(HPV)感染基因型分布情況及其臨床意義。方法采用PCR和基因芯片技術(shù)對(duì)56例陰道CA組織和62例宮頸CA組織標(biāo)本進(jìn)行23種HPV基因分型檢測(cè),并對(duì)其患者進(jìn)行臨床病理資料分析。結(jié)果 56例陰道CA組織中檢出HPV陽性感染51例,感染率為91.07%;其中一重HPV感染32例,感染率為57.14%;多重HPV感染19例,感染率為33.93%;一重感染中HPV11型19例,HPV6型11例;多重HPV感染中HPV6+11型4例,HPV11+52型3例。62例宮頸CA組織中檢出HPV陽性感染59例,感染率為95.16%;其中一重HPV感染45例,感染率為72.58%;多重HPV感染14例,感染率為22.58%;一重感染中HPV11型29例,HPV6型14例;多重HPV感染中HPV6+11型4例,HPV11+18型2例。結(jié)論 HPV6、11、6+11、11+52型是陰道CA的主要致病類型,HPV6、11、6+11、11+18型是宮頸CA的主要致病類型。PCR結(jié)合基因芯片技術(shù)是一種比較適合臨床進(jìn)行HPV分型診斷的方法,其敏感性高,特異性好,對(duì)我國女性陰道和宮頸CA及其癌瘤的防治以及疫苗的研究具有十分重要的意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the genotype distribution and clinical significance of human papillomavirus (HPV) (HPV) infection in (CA) tissues of vaginal and cervical condyloma acuminatum. Methods 23 HPV genotypes were detected by PCR and gene chip technique in 56 cases of vaginal CA and 62 cases of cervical CA, and the clinicopathological data of the patients were analyzed. Results 51 cases of HPV positive infection were detected in 56 cases of vaginal CA, including 32 cases of primary HPV infection (57.14%), 19 cases of multiple HPV infection (33.93%), 32 cases of primary HPV infection (57.14%), 19 cases of multiple HPV infection (33.93%). 19 cases of HPV11 type, 11 cases of HPV6 type, 4 cases of HPV6 11 type and 3 cases of HPV11 52 type in multiple HPV infection, 59 cases of HPV positive infection were detected in 62 cases of cervical CA, the infection rate was 95.16%. There were 45 cases of primary HPV infection (72.58), 14 cases of multiple HPV infection (22.58%), 29 cases of HPV11 type and 14 cases of HPV6 type in primary infection, 4 cases of HPV6 11 type and 2 cases of HPV11 18 type in multiple HPV infection. Conclusion HPV6,11,6 111152 is the main pathogenic type of CA in vagina, and HPV6,11,6 1111 11 18 is the main pathogenic type of cervical CA. PCR combined with gene chip technique is a more suitable method for clinical diagnosis of HPV typing with high sensitivity and good specificity. It is of great significance for the prevention and treatment of vaginal and cervical CA and its carcinomas and the study of vaccines in Chinese women's vagina and cervix.
