【摘要】：目的了解浙江地區(qū)2010-2015年臨床副溶血弧菌血清型分布及變遷規(guī)律,為該菌流行病學(xué)調(diào)查及疫情暴發(fā)早期預(yù)警提供基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)。方法收集浙江省8家醫(yī)院急性腹瀉患者來源的副溶血弧菌,采用玻片凝集法進行血清學(xué)分型,分析各年份血清型的構(gòu)成及變遷情況。結(jié)果 2010-2015年共收集副溶血弧菌890株,其中864株(97.1%)發(fā)生O血清凝集,分為9個O群;以O(shè)3(507株,57.0%)為主,其次為O4(266株,30.0%)和O1(51株,5.7%)。650株(73.0%)發(fā)生K血清凝集,分屬于23種K型,居首位的為K6(474株,53.3%)。發(fā)生凝集的菌株中共有43種O、K血清型組合,其中O3∶K6型是主要流行的血清型,共472株,占53.0%。2010-2015年中除2013年以O(shè)4∶KUT型為主,占56.2%(73/130);其他年份均以O(shè)3∶K6型為主,所占比例依次為:52.7%、68.5%、60.5%、50.3%和63.7%。連續(xù)6年均有出現(xiàn)的血清型有6種,分別為∶O3∶K6、O4∶KUT、O4∶K8、O4∶K68、O1∶K36和O1∶KUT型;且2013-2015年連續(xù)3年中血清型O1∶K36、O4∶K8和O4∶K68每年的構(gòu)成比在0.5%~3.0%之間,與2010-2012年連續(xù)3年的3.0%~15.0%相比明顯有所下降(P0.05)。結(jié)論浙江地區(qū)臨床副溶血弧菌血清型分布較為廣泛,以O(shè)3∶K6型為優(yōu)勢血清型。不同年份間存在一定的變異性。應(yīng)加強對副溶血弧菌血清型的監(jiān)測,為新血清型別的流行與暴發(fā)提供早期預(yù)警。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the distribution and changes of serotype of Vibrio parahaemolyticus from 2010 to 2015 in Zhejiang province, and to provide basic data for epidemiological investigation and early warning of outbreak of Vibrio parahaemolyticus. Methods Vibrio parahaemolyticus from acute diarrhea patients in 8 hospitals in Zhejiang Province were collected and serological typing was performed by slide agglutination method. The composition and changes of serotypes in each year were analyzed. Results A total of 890 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus were collected from 2010 to 2015, of which 864 (97.1%) developed O seroagglutination, which were divided into 9 O groups. O 3 (507 strains, 57.0%), O4 (266 strains, 30.0%) and O1 (51 strains, 5.7%). 650 strains (73.0%) showed K seroagglutination. 53.3%) There were 43 kinds of Oak serotype combinations, among which O3:K6 type was the most prevalent serotype, accounting for 472 strains, accounting for 53.0.2015.The predominant serotype was O4:KUT in 2013, accounting for 56.2% (73 / 130). They were: O3: K6, O4: KUTO4: K8: O4: K68 / O1: K36 and O1:KUT; The ratio of serum O1: K36: O4: K8 and O4:K68 was between 0.5% and 3.0% in 2013-2015, which was significantly lower than that of 3.0% in 2010-2012 (P0.05). Conclusion the serotypes of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in Zhejiang province are widely distributed, with O3:K6 as the predominant serotype. There is certain variability between different years. The surveillance of serotype of Vibrio parahaemolyticus should be strengthened to provide early warning for the new serotype.
