【摘要】：正一、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)修訂背景2008年,《脊髓灰質(zhì)炎診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(WS294-2008)由原衛(wèi)生部2008年12月11日發(fā)布,并于2009年6月15日正式實(shí)施。該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)施以來,對(duì)于規(guī)范我國(guó)脊髓灰質(zhì)炎的診斷發(fā)揮了重要的作用。目前國(guó)際上有關(guān)脊髓灰質(zhì)炎的診斷發(fā)生了變化,盡管我國(guó)一直維持無脊髓灰質(zhì)炎狀態(tài),但是仍存在脊髓灰質(zhì)炎野病毒輸入的危險(xiǎn)和發(fā)生與疫苗病毒相關(guān)的病例的情況。因此,為了保持與國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的接軌,有必要修訂并完善我國(guó)的《脊髓灰質(zhì)炎診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》。
[Abstract]:First, Standard revision background 2008, Polio Diagnostic criteria (WS294-2008) was issued by the former Ministry of Health on December 11, 2008, and officially implemented on June 15, 2009. Since the implementation of this standard, it has played an important role in standardizing the diagnosis of poliomyelitis in China. At present, the diagnosis of poliomyelitis has changed in the world. Although China has maintained a polio-free state, there is still the risk of importing wild poliovirus and the occurrence of vaccine-related cases. Therefore, in order to keep in line with international standards, it is necessary to revise and perfect the diagnostic criteria for poliomyelitis in China.
