【摘要】：軍團(tuán)菌感染的主要診斷方法包括分離培養(yǎng)法、尿抗原檢測法、免疫學(xué)方法和核酸擴(kuò)增法,每種檢測方法各有利弊。由于軍團(tuán)菌分型復(fù)雜以及檢測方法的局限性,軍團(tuán)菌感染處于被低估狀態(tài)。軍團(tuán)菌感染常表現(xiàn)為重癥,應(yīng)積極進(jìn)行多種方法檢測以早期診斷、早期目標(biāo)治療,進(jìn)而改善患者預(yù)后、降低病死率。
[Abstract]:The main diagnostic methods of Legionella infection include isolation and culture, urine antigen detection, immunology and nucleic acid amplification, each method has its own advantages and disadvantages. Legionella infection is underestimated due to the complex typing of Legionella and the limitations of detection methods. Legionella infection is often shown as a severe disease, which should be detected by various methods for early diagnosis and early targeted treatment, so as to improve the prognosis of patients and reduce the fatality rate.
