【摘要】：目的了解順義區(qū)近3年感染性腹瀉的病原菌構(gòu)成和流行特征。方法收集順義區(qū)2家綜合醫(yī)院腸道門診2013-2015年947份感染性腹瀉患者糞便標(biāo)本,進(jìn)行沙門菌、志賀氏菌、副溶血弧菌和致瀉性大腸埃希菌(DEC)4種病原菌的檢測和分型。結(jié)果 947份腹瀉患者糞便中檢出腸道致病菌183株,檢出率為19.32%。其中DEC位居所有檢出菌的首位,占44.26%,其次是沙門菌、副溶血弧菌,分別占28.42%和25.68%。DEC以產(chǎn)毒大腸埃希菌(ETEC)為主,沙門菌血清型以腸炎和鼠傷寒沙門菌為主,副溶血弧菌以O(shè)3∶K6為主要血清型。結(jié)論順義區(qū)感染性腹瀉主要病原菌為DEC。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the pathogen composition and epidemic characteristics of infectious diarrhea in Shunyi District in recent 3 years. Methods from 2013 to 2015, 947 fecal specimens from patients with infectious diarrhea were collected from 2 general hospitals in Shunyi District. Four pathogens, Salmonella, Shigella, Vibrio parahaemolyticus and (DEC), were detected and classified. Results 183 strains of intestinal pathogenic bacteria were detected in 947 feces of diarrhea patients, and the detection rate was 19.3232. Among them, DEC ranked first among all the detected bacteria (44.26%), followed by Salmonella, Vibrio parahaemolyticus (28.42%) and 25.68%.DEC (28.42%). The main serotypes of Salmonella were enteritis and Salmonella typhimurium, and the serotype of Vibrio parahaemolyticus was O3:K6. Conclusion DEC. is the main pathogen of infectious diarrhea in Shunyi District.
