江蘇省瘧疾疫情預警系統(tǒng)的建立Ⅶ消除瘧疾哨點監(jiān)測
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the current situation of malaria epidemic in Jiangsu Province, and to master the rules and trends of malaria epidemic. Methods according to the epidemic degree and characteristics of malaria in the province, Sihong County of Suqian City and Baoying County of Yangzhou City, which had more cases, were selected as the national malaria surveillance sentinel. Six counties (cities, districts) of Wuxi, Xuzhou, Wujin, Nantong, Ganyu and Xuyi counties were selected as provincial malaria surveillance sentinel points in Wujin District of Changzhou City, Haian County of Nantong City, Ganyu County of Lianyungang City and Xuyi County of Huaian City. The basic data of malaria surveillance sentinel and blood examination of fever patients, case investigation of malaria patients, epidemic spot investigation and disposal were collected. Results 92,484 febrile patients were examined at 8 malaria surveillance sites in Jiangsu Province in 2014, with an average blood test rate of 1.15. 61 cases of Plasmodium were positive, the positive rate was 0.07.61 cases of malaria were all imported cases diagnosed by laboratory, and the blood smear examination and epidemiological case investigation were completed within 3 days. The investigation and disposal of the epidemic spot were completed within 7 days. An epidemiological case study showed that 61 cases of malaria were first visited mainly in county level disease control institutions (37.70% / 61) and county level medical institutions (50.822% / 61). Definite diagnosis was also concentrated in county disease control institutions (45.90 / 61) and county-level medical institutions (47.1010 / 61); The initial diagnosis rate was 90.16% (55 / 61). Conclusion the sentinel of malaria surveillance in Jiangsu province has played a better role in malaria control and effectively promoted the elimination of malaria in Jiangsu province. The future malaria surveillance should establish multi-department cooperation model, form cocheck mechanism, strengthen the active screening and health education of high-risk population.
