【摘要】：慢性HBV感染是全球主要的疾病負擔之一。目前乙型肝炎的抗病毒治療主要包括IFN與核苷和核苷酸類藥物。以這兩類藥物為基礎所制訂的現(xiàn)有治療方案均不能顯著提高功能性治愈的比例。隨著對HBV復制周期以及病毒與宿主細胞特異性相互作用了解的不斷深入,針對上述過程中不同的作用靶點,對抗HBV新藥的研發(fā)進展進行了總結和評述。
[Abstract]:Chronic HBV infection is one of the major disease burden in the world. The current antiviral therapy for hepatitis B mainly includes IFN, nucleosides and nucleotides. The existing treatments based on both drugs do not significantly increase the proportion of functional cures. With the deepening understanding of the HBV replication cycle and the specific interaction between the virus and host cells, the progress in the research and development of new drugs against HBV is summarized and reviewed in the light of the different targets in the process mentioned above.
