【摘要】：目的:研討細菌性痢疾患者接受聚合酶鏈反應(yīng)(PCR)檢測及細菌培養(yǎng)法檢測的臨床價值。方法:從我院2015年1月-2016年10月選取580例腹瀉患者參與研究試驗,依次對上述患者行細菌培養(yǎng)、PCR技術(shù)檢查,評估該兩種檢測方案對志賀菌的檢測情況。結(jié)果:PCR檢測結(jié)果呈陽性者294例,檢出率50.7%(294/580),相比細菌培養(yǎng)法的4.8%(28/580)顯著提高,數(shù)據(jù)滿足P0.05,統(tǒng)計學(xué)成立。且不同年齡(除≥70歲)檢出情況相比,PCR的檢出率均顯著比細菌培養(yǎng)法高,數(shù)據(jù)滿足P0.05,統(tǒng)計學(xué)成立。結(jié)論:與細菌培養(yǎng)法相比,PCR檢測技術(shù)對細菌性痢疾具有更準確的評估作用,值得加強推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the clinical value of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and bacterial culture in patients with bacillary dysentery. Methods: from January 2015 to October 2016, 580 patients with diarrhea were selected to take part in the study. The bacteria culture and PCR technique were used to evaluate the detection of Shigella. Results: the positive rate of PCR was 50.7% (294 / 580), which was significantly higher than that of bacterial culture (4.8%, 28 / 580).
