【摘要】：目的分析浙江省2010-2013年水痘減毒活疫苗接種后疑似預(yù)防接種異常反應(yīng)(AEFI)的發(fā)生情況,評價(jià)水痘疫苗的安全性。方法通過中國疑似預(yù)防接種異常反應(yīng)信息管理系統(tǒng),收集2010-2013年報(bào)告的接種水痘疫苗后發(fā)生的AEFI個(gè)案,采用描述性流行病學(xué)方法進(jìn)行分析評價(jià)。結(jié)果浙江省2010-2013年累計(jì)報(bào)告接種水痘疫苗后發(fā)生的AEFI個(gè)案312例,報(bào)告發(fā)生率12.10/10萬劑,異常反應(yīng)報(bào)告94例,報(bào)告發(fā)生率3.64/10萬劑。各地區(qū)報(bào)告差異性較大,報(bào)告發(fā)生率最高的市與最低的市相差近3倍,男女性別比為1.05∶1,夏季報(bào)告較多,年齡構(gòu)成比以1歲組為主。臨床損害以發(fā)熱、紅腫、硬結(jié)等一般反應(yīng)較多,異常反應(yīng)則以過敏性皮疹為主,絕大部分反應(yīng)發(fā)生在接種后1d內(nèi)且預(yù)后較好。結(jié)論浙江省水痘疫苗安全性良好,但應(yīng)重點(diǎn)關(guān)注急性過敏反應(yīng)的監(jiān)測、診斷及處置。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the safety of chicken pox vaccine from 2010 to 2013 by analyzing the occurrence of suspected abnormal vaccination reaction (AEFI) after live vaccination of chickenpox vaccine in Zhejiang province. Methods the AEFI cases reported from 2010 to 2013 after vaccination were collected by China suspected vaccination abnormal response Information Management system and analyzed and evaluated by descriptive epidemiological method. Results from 2010 to 2013, 312 cases of AEFI were reported in Zhejiang province, with a reported incidence of 12.10% -100 000 doses, abnormal reaction in 94 cases, and a reported incidence of 36,400 / 100 000 doses. The difference between the highest reporting rate and the lowest city was nearly 3 times. The sex ratio of male and female was 1.05: 1. There were more reports in summer, and the age ratio was mainly in the 1-year-old group. The main clinical lesions were fever, redness and sclerosis, and the abnormal reactions were mainly allergic rash. Most of the reactions occurred within 1 day after inoculation and the prognosis was good. Conclusion chickenpox vaccine is safe in Zhejiang province, but it should focus on monitoring, diagnosis and treatment of acute allergic reaction.
