【摘要】：目的總結(jié)艾滋病(AIDS)合并卡波西肉瘤病人的臨床特征及治療轉(zhuǎn)歸。方法選取北京佑安醫(yī)院2004年1月至2015年1月收治的7例艾滋病合并卡波西肉瘤病人的病例資料,對其臨床特征、治療以及疾病轉(zhuǎn)歸進(jìn)行回顧性調(diào)查分析。結(jié)果 7例艾滋病合并卡波西肉瘤病人均為男男性行為者(MSM),年齡中位數(shù)為34歲(22~51歲),6例漢族,1例回族。皮膚黏膜均受累,口腔黏膜受累5例,局部淋巴結(jié)腫大4例,肺部受累3例,肝臟受累1例,球結(jié)膜受累1例。病人CD+4T淋巴細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)均200個(gè)/mm3,其中6例(85.7%)CD+4T淋巴細(xì)胞100個(gè)/mm3。5例病人治療后病情均好轉(zhuǎn),其中4例病人應(yīng)用抗反轉(zhuǎn)錄病毒治療(ART)聯(lián)合全身化療,1例病人單用ART,2例病人放棄治療后死亡。結(jié)論 MSM中艾滋病晚期合并卡波西肉瘤的病人,如不進(jìn)行治療預(yù)后極差,部分病人單獨(dú)應(yīng)用ART病灶即可消退,病變廣泛者聯(lián)合全身化療療效較好。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize the clinical features and outcome of (AIDS) with Kaposi's sarcoma. Methods from January 2004 to January 2015, 7 cases of AIDS complicated with Kaposi's sarcoma were collected and analyzed retrospectively. Results the median age of (MSM), in 7 AIDS patients with Kaposi's sarcoma was 34 years old (22 ~ 51 years), 6 Han nationality and 1 Hui nationality. Skin and mucosa were all involved, oral mucosa was involved in 5 cases, local lymphadenopathy in 4 cases, lung involvement in 3 cases, liver involvement in 1 case, bulbar conjunctiva involvement in 1 case. The counts of CD 4T lymphocytes in all patients were 200 / mm3, 6 cases (85.7%) CD 4T lymphocytes per mm3.5 patients were all improved after treatment. Four patients were treated with antiretrovirus combined with systemic chemotherapy for (ART), and one patient died after giving up treatment with ART,2 alone. Conclusion in MSM patients with advanced AIDS complicated with Kaposi's sarcoma, if the prognosis is very poor, some patients can recede with ART alone, and the patients with extensive disease combined with systemic chemotherapy have better curative effect.
