【摘要】：目的:探討復方鱉甲軟肝片聯(lián)合替諾福韋治療慢性乙型肝炎肝纖維化的臨床療效。方法:收治慢性乙型病毒性肝炎肝纖維化患者96例,隨機分為治療組與對照組。對照組給予替諾福韋治療,治療組給予復方鱉甲軟肝片聯(lián)合替諾福韋治療,比較兩組HBV-DNA、Fibroscan值及肝纖維化指標。結果:兩組治療后血清HBV-DNA水平均明顯低于治療前,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。治療后,兩組血清HA、LN、PCⅢ、Ⅳ-C及Fibroscan值(FS)均低于治療前,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01)。治療組血清HA、LN、PCⅢ、Ⅳ-C及Fibroscan值(FS)下降程度均優(yōu)于對照組,差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01)。結論:替諾福韋聯(lián)合復方鱉甲軟肝片治療慢性乙型肝炎肝纖維化的臨床療效較好,能有效抑制乙肝病毒復制,明顯改善肝纖維化指標。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of compound Biejia Ruangan tablet combined with tenofovir in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis. Methods: 96 patients with chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.
