【摘要】：目的評價全自動酶聯(lián)免疫吸附(ELISA)實驗方法在獻血人群中檢測登革病毒NS1抗原和Ig M、Ig G抗體的有效性。方法以疾病預(yù)防控制中心常規(guī)使用的登革病毒NS1抗原和Ig M、Ig G抗體的實驗診斷方法作為參照,對全自動ELISA方法的檢測結(jié)果進行評價。結(jié)果全自動ELISA方法檢測NS1的靈敏度、特異度、約登指數(shù)、陽性預(yù)測值、陰性預(yù)測值、符合率和Kappa值分別為96.11%、94.81%、0.91、92.51%、97.34%、95.33%和0.903,檢測Ig M的靈敏度、特異度、約登指數(shù)、陽性預(yù)測值、陰性預(yù)測值、符合率和Kappa值分別為97.04%、91.11%、0.88、91.61%、96.85%、94.07%和0.881,檢測Ig G的靈敏度、特異度、約登指數(shù)、陽性預(yù)測值、陰性預(yù)測值、符合率和Kappa值分別為92.96%、90.00%、0.83、90.29%、92.75%、91.48%和0.830。結(jié)論全自動ELISA檢測方法檢測結(jié)果可靠,適用于大規(guī)模獻血人群的登革病毒感染篩查。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effectiveness of automatic enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for detection of dengue virus NS1 antigen and Ig McG antibody in blood donors. Methods the diagnostic methods of NS1 antigen of dengue virus and IgG antibody of Ig were used in the center of disease prevention and control as the reference. The results of automatic ELISA method were evaluated. Results the sensitivity, specificity, Yorden index, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, coincidence rate and Kappa value of the automatic ELISA method for detecting NS1 were 96.111.94.81and 0.903, respectively. The sensitivity, specificity, Yorden index, positive predictive value of Ig M were 95.33% and 0.903, respectively. The negative predictive value, coincidence rate and Kappa value were 97.04 / 91.11 and 0.888 / 91.61and 94.07% and 0.881respectively. The sensitivity, specificity, Yorden index, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, coincidence rate and Kappa value of Ig G were 92.9690.000.830.290.299.75757.48% and 0.830%, respectively. Conclusion the results of automatic ELISA detection are reliable and suitable for screening for dengue virus infection in large blood donors.
