呼市地區(qū)體癬的病原菌分析

【摘要】:目的:探討呼市地區(qū)從20世紀(jì)70年代到21世紀(jì)10年代體癬的致病菌、皮損形態(tài)及體癬的傳染源。方法:用沙堡弱培養(yǎng)基分離培養(yǎng)44a呼市地區(qū)體癬的致病菌及傳染源病貓狗的致病菌,并動態(tài)分析各年代體癬病不同皮損形態(tài)的菌種分離結(jié)果。結(jié)果:70年代體癬的致病菌前三位依次為紅色毛癬菌,鐵銹色小孢子菌,石膏樣毛癬菌,從80年代開始到10年代體癬的致病菌前三位依次為羊毛樣小孢子菌,紅色毛癬菌,石膏樣毛癬菌,且羊毛樣小孢子菌逐年增多,從34.19%增至58.05%,327只病貓245只病狗的皮屑及毛發(fā)培養(yǎng)的結(jié)果致病菌均為羊毛樣小孢子菌。病貓狗發(fā)病在先,人發(fā)病在后,皮損形態(tài)以環(huán)形,多環(huán)形,同心圓形多見。從80年代開始鐵銹色小孢子菌逐漸減少,00年代全部消失。結(jié)論:目前呼市地區(qū)體癬的致病菌以羊毛樣小孢子菌為主,其次是紅色毛癬菌,石膏樣毛癬菌,此結(jié)果與病人密切接觸病貓狗有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the pathogenic bacteria, skin lesions and the source of infection of tinea corporis from 1970s to October of the 21st century in the area of Huhu city. Methods: the pathogenic bacteria of tinea corporis and the pathogenic bacteria of cats and dogs of infection source were isolated and cultured in Shabao weak culture medium for 44 years, and the results of isolation of different forms of tinea corporis in different ages were analyzed dynamically. Results the first three pathogenic bacteria of tinea corporis in the 1970s were Trichophyton rugosa, Microsporum ferruginosa, Trichophyton gypsum, and the first three pathogens of tinea corporis from the 1980s to the 100s were microsporophytes like wool and Trichophyton rubrum. Trichophyton gypsum and microsporozoa wool increased year by year from 34.19% to 58.05%. The results of dandruff and hair culture of 327 sick cats and dogs were all microsporozoa wool. The appearance of skin lesions was ring, ring and concentric circle. Since 1980's, the microsporozoa of rust color gradually decreased and disappeared completely in the 2000s. Conclusion: at present, the pathogenic bacteria of tinea corporis are mainly microsporophytes of wool, followed by Trichophyton rubrum and Trichophyton gypsum. The results are related to the close contact of patients with sick cats and dogs.
