【摘要】：目的:總結性病門診女性尖銳濕疣(CA)患者并發(fā)泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原體(Ct)的流行病學資料,了解該組患者宮頸有無人乳頭瘤狀病毒(HPV)感染及HPV基因分型。方法:收集確診為尖銳濕疣的女性宮頸脫落細胞樣本,檢測HPV DNA分型及Ct的DNA。結果:123例女性CA患者宮頸樣本中HPV、Ct及共同感染率分別是88.6%(109/123)、22.7%(20/88)及22.7%(20/88)。其中高危型HPV感染者占75.6%(93/123),最常見的亞型為HPV-16、52、18、51、58。65.0%(80/123)表現(xiàn)為混合HPV感染;13.0%(16/123)僅為低危HPV感染;10.6%(13/123)僅為高危HPV感染。結論:該組22.7%的CA女性患者宮頸并發(fā)Ct感染,88.6%并發(fā)宮頸HPV感染,其中高危型達75.6%。在CA女性患者中開展Ct及宮頸HPV檢測很有必要。
[Abstract]:Objective: to summarize the epidemiological data of chlamydia trachomatis (Ct) in female patients with condyloma acuminatum (CA) complicated with urogenital tract, and to find out the (HPV) infection and HPV genotyping in cervix of female patients with condyloma acuminatum. Methods: samples of cervical exfoliated cells from women with condyloma acuminatum were collected and HPV DNA typing and Ct DNA were detected. Results the HPVCt and co-infection rates were 88.6% (109 / 123) and 22.7% (20 / 88) in the cervical samples of 123 female patients with CA, respectively. High risk HPV infection accounted for 75.6% (93 / 123), and the most common subtype was HPV-1652O1851T 58.65.0% (80 / 123) with mixed HPV infection of 13.0% (16 / 123), only 10.6% (13 / 123) of low risk HPV infection. Conclusion: in 22. 7% of CA female patients, 88. 6% of them were complicated with Ct infection, and 75. 6% of them had high risk of cervical HPV infection. Ct and cervical HPV are necessary in CA women.
