【摘要】：目前,人們把受涼-抵抗力下降-病毒感染看作是感冒的發(fā)病過(guò)程。受涼后人可以很快感冒,但人體抵抗力能很快降低嗎?病毒會(huì)如此快速繁殖嗎?自然界任何物質(zhì)都會(huì)因溫度而熱脹冷縮,進(jìn)化到最高等恒溫動(dòng)物的人,在受到寒冷刺激時(shí)不僅有"冷縮"反應(yīng),其自組織系統(tǒng)更有適應(yīng)環(huán)境的生物反應(yīng)。這是保證內(nèi)環(huán)境穩(wěn)定的必然要求。所以,感冒是人體對(duì)溫度這樣的物理刺激所表現(xiàn)的生理防御調(diào)節(jié),而非病毒感染。感冒不需要抗病毒治療,改善環(huán)境溫度就可以緩解或終止感冒癥狀。生理調(diào)節(jié)過(guò)度引發(fā)的自身免疫性疾病同樣可以自限而無(wú)需特別治療。通過(guò)自組織系統(tǒng)辯證可知,感冒過(guò)程是機(jī)體對(duì)冷刺激的反應(yīng)性調(diào)節(jié),并且機(jī)體在過(guò)度炎熱時(shí)同樣會(huì)做出相應(yīng)的應(yīng)答,中暑正是這一反向調(diào)節(jié)過(guò)程,是自組織系統(tǒng)對(duì)熱的應(yīng)激反應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:At present, people regard cold-resistance decline-virus infection as the pathogenesis of cold. Cold later people can quickly cold, but the human body resistance can be reduced quickly? Will the virus reproduce so quickly? Any substance in nature will heat up and shrink because of temperature. People who have evolved into the most advanced thermostatic animals have not only "cold contraction" reaction when they are stimulated by cold, but also the self-organizing system has the biological response to adapt to the environment. This is a necessary requirement to ensure the stability of the internal environment. So colds are the body's physiological defense against physical stimuli such as temperature, not viral infections. Cold does not need antiviral treatment, improve environmental temperature can alleviate or stop cold symptoms. Autoimmune diseases caused by excessive physiological regulation can also be self-limiting without special treatment. Through self-organizing system dialectical, the cold process is the body's reactive regulation to the cold stimulation, and the body also can make the corresponding response in the excessive heat, heatstroke is this one reverse regulation process, Is the self-organizing system of heat stress response.
