烏司他丁改善腎綜合出血熱血管損傷的臨床效果評價

【摘要】:目的:探究烏司他丁對改善腎綜合出血熱引起的毛細血管損傷而發(fā)生異常滲漏的臨床治療效果。方法:根據(jù)隨機數(shù)字表將50例腎綜合出血熱的患者分為兩組。給予實驗組患者(25例)烏司他丁治療;給予對照組(25例)5%糖溶液,作為空白對照。此外,根據(jù)實驗組中患者就診時發(fā)熱時間分為兩組。實驗組A(9例)為發(fā)熱1~4 d;實驗組B(16例)為發(fā)熱5~7 d。所有患者均在治療后7 d后進行尿微量蛋白、血肌酐和血漿白蛋白等臨床指標測定并對比。結(jié)果:與對照組相比,實驗組尿微量蛋白下降顯著;血肌酐恢復速度更快;血漿白蛋白上升明顯;發(fā)生尿少癥狀的時間明顯減少;并發(fā)癥發(fā)生時間也明顯減少;均P0.05,差異有統(tǒng)計學意義。與實驗組B對比,實驗組A尿微量蛋白下降顯著;血肌酐恢復速度更快;血漿白蛋白上升明顯;并發(fā)癥發(fā)生時間也明顯減少;均P0.05,差異存在統(tǒng)計學意義。結(jié)論:烏司他丁能有效治療毛細血管滲漏綜合征,并且在發(fā)熱早期應(yīng)用效果最佳。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the clinical effect of ulinastatin on the treatment of abnormal leakage caused by renal complicated haemorrhagic fever. Methods: 50 patients with renal complicated hemorrhagic fever were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group (25 cases) were treated with ulinastatin and the control group (25 cases) with 5% sugar solution as blank control. In addition, the patients in the experimental group were divided into two groups according to the time of fever. Group A (n = 9) had fever for 1 d and group B (n = 16) for 5 d. All patients were measured and compared with urinary microprotein, serum creatinine and plasma albumin 7 days after treatment. Results: compared with the control group, the urinary trace protein decreased significantly in the experimental group, the recovery rate of serum creatinine was faster, the plasma albumin increased significantly, the time of occurrence of urinary oligocytoma was significantly decreased, the time of complications was also decreased. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Compared with the control group B, the urinary microalbuminuria of the experimental group A decreased significantly; the recovery rate of serum creatinine was faster; the plasma albumin increased significantly; the time of complications also decreased significantly; the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: ulinastatin is effective in the treatment of capillary leakage syndrome, and is the best in the early stage of fever.
