【摘要】：正患者,男,30歲,湖北省襄陽(yáng)市襄州區(qū)人,就職于武漢市某采礦部門(mén)。于2016年3月外派至剛果(金)工作,2017年1月10日回國(guó),1月28日開(kāi)始出現(xiàn)發(fā)熱,每天1次,未進(jìn)行任何治療。2月1日至武漢市急救中心就診,外周血檢未見(jiàn)瘧原蟲(chóng),18時(shí)左右發(fā)熱39.4℃,伴畏寒和頭痛等癥狀,對(duì)癥治療后返回家中。2月3日因發(fā)熱39.6℃,22時(shí)至襄陽(yáng)市中心醫(yī)院急診科就診,血檢結(jié)果:白細(xì)胞計(jì)
