【摘要】：目的掌握中國艾滋病疫情的最新狀況,為制定有針對性的防治措施提供數(shù)據(jù)支持,對艾滋病病例報告數(shù)據(jù)進行整理和分析。方法利用經(jīng)過查重、核實后的截至2015年底全國艾滋病綜合防治信息系統(tǒng)中報告的15歲及以上的艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染者和病人的數(shù)據(jù),對其性別、年齡、地區(qū)分布及傳播途徑進行描述性分析。結(jié)果截至2015年底,報告現(xiàn)存活15歲及以上的HIV感染者57.1萬,報告病例數(shù)超過1萬的省份達到了15個;經(jīng)異性性傳播病例占58.7%,經(jīng)男男性行為傳播占20.1%,經(jīng)注射吸毒傳播占13.6%;注射毒品、異性性傳播病例現(xiàn)住址是農(nóng)村的構(gòu)成比分別為60.2%、59.6%,同性性傳播病例現(xiàn)住址為城市的構(gòu)成比為69.1%;現(xiàn)存活病例的男女比為2.6∶1;15~19歲、20~24歲、25~29歲男男性行為傳播的病例,分別占該年齡組病例的63.3%、65.8%、52.7%。2015年新發(fā)現(xiàn)15歲以上HIV感染者11.5萬,超過5 000例的省份達到了9個;經(jīng)異性性傳播病例占66.7%,經(jīng)男男性行為傳播占28.4%,經(jīng)注射吸毒傳播占4.4%;注射毒品、異性性傳播感染者現(xiàn)住址為農(nóng)村所占構(gòu)成比分別為67.1%和60.4%,男男性行為傳播感染者現(xiàn)住城市構(gòu)成比為66.1%;2015年新發(fā)現(xiàn)病例男女比為3.7∶1;15~19歲、20~24歲、25~29歲男男性行為傳播分別占該年齡組病例的73.8%、68.0%、55.6%。結(jié)論部分地區(qū)艾滋病流行程度較高,整體疫情以性傳播為主。不同年齡段人群和城鄉(xiāng)流行模式也表現(xiàn)不同。流行模式表現(xiàn)復(fù)雜,未來的艾滋病預(yù)防控制面臨更大的挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the latest situation of HIV / AIDS epidemic in China, to provide data support for the establishment of targeted prevention and control measures, and to collate and analyze the data of AIDS case reports. Methods using the data of (HIV) infected persons and patients aged 15 years and over reported by the National AIDS Integrated Prevention and Control Information system by the end of 2015, the sex and age of the patients were analyzed. The regional distribution and transmission route were analyzed in a descriptive way. Results by the end of 2015, 571000 HIV patients had been reported to have survived over 15 years of age, and 15 provinces had reported more than 10, 000 cases; Cases of heterosexual transmission accounted for 58.7%, male sex transmission accounted for 20.1%, injecting drug use accounted for 13.655%; injecting drugs, The composition ratio of the current address of heterosexual transmission cases is 60.2% and that of same-sex transmission cases is urban ratio of 69.1%. The ratio of male to female living cases is 2.6: 11 1519 years old and 20 to 24 years old to 2529 years old male sex transmission cases. 63.3% of the cases in this age group accounted for 65.3% 52.7.The number of newly discovered HIV infections over the age of 15 years reached 115000 in 2015, and the number of provinces with more than 5,000 cases reached 9; heterosexual transmission cases accounted for 66.7%, male sex transmission accounted for 28.4%, injecting drug abuse spread to 4.4%; injecting drugs, The proportion of rural residents with heterosexual sexually transmitted infections was 67.1% and 60.440%, respectively. The proportion of men who had sex with men living in cities was 66.1%, and the sex ratio of newly discovered cases in 2015 was 3.7: 11519 years old or 2024 years old or 250-29 years old. Don't account for 73.8% of the patients in this age group. Conclusion the prevalence of HIV / AIDS in some areas is high and the whole epidemic situation is mainly sexually transmitted. Different age groups and urban and rural epidemic patterns are also different. Epidemic pattern performance is complex, the future AIDS prevention and control faces greater challenge.
