[Abstract]:In 2012, small community hospitals accounted for 72.4 percent of all hospitals in the United States. Swiss health care institutions also have a similar hospital structure. Small community hospitals account for 81. Stenehjem and others have recently reported that small community hospitals have similar antimicrobial prescription ratios compared with large community hospitals. Although the difference in patient population is small, or the indications for the majority of the population are not strong, it should be emphasized that the pathogens of hospital acquired blood flow infection (HA-BSI) in small and large community hospitals have been found.
