微電影模式對某高校大一學(xué)生艾滋病健康教育效果分析

【摘要】:目的了解艾滋病健康教育微電影模式在某高校新生中的效果,為高校開展艾滋病健康教育提供有效的思路和方法。方法自行設(shè)計(jì)和制作有關(guān)大學(xué)生艾滋病健康教育的微電影;以西安交通大學(xué)2015年秋季入學(xué)的全體本科新生為研究對象,隨機(jī)分為微電影模式組(1 876人)和常規(guī)模式組(1 601人)進(jìn)行健康教育,并通過問卷調(diào)查比較2組學(xué)生艾滋病健康教育效果。結(jié)果大學(xué)新生在艾滋病健康教育后,微電影組較常規(guī)組的各項(xiàng)艾滋病相關(guān)知識知曉率明顯增高,態(tài)度明顯改善,兩組間絕大多數(shù)項(xiàng)目的差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P值均0.05)。其中"男男性行為是感染艾滋病的高危行為""蚊蟲叮咬不會(huì)傳播艾滋病""知曉艾滋病的自愿檢測機(jī)構(gòu)""同性戀不是心理或精神上的病態(tài)"等項(xiàng)目知曉率比常規(guī)組分別提高了7.9,6.9,5.4,4.9百分點(diǎn);"艾滋病患者有權(quán)保護(hù)隱私""希望接受多種形式的艾滋病、性病、生殖健康知識""對同性戀應(yīng)當(dāng)理解和包容"的態(tài)度持有率提高了7.7,5.5和4.5百分點(diǎn),而"艾滋病離我們很遙遠(yuǎn)"的態(tài)度持有率降低了4.7百分點(diǎn)。結(jié)論以微電影為切入點(diǎn)進(jìn)行高校艾滋病健康教育,可增強(qiáng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的興趣,加深防治艾滋病宣傳教育,提高學(xué)生對健康教育內(nèi)容的理解,彌補(bǔ)單純言語教學(xué)的不足。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the effect of the microfilm model of AIDS health education in the freshmen of a university, and to provide effective ideas and methods for the development of AIDS health education in colleges and universities. Methods A microfilm about AIDS health education of college students was designed and made by ourselves, and all the freshmen enrolled in Xi'an Jiaotong University in autumn 2015 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into microfilm model group (1 876) and routine model group (1 601) to carry out health education, and to compare the effect of AIDS health education in two groups by questionnaire. Results after AIDS health education, the awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge and attitude of the microfilm group were significantly higher than those of the normal group, and the difference of most items between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Among them, "male sex is a high-risk behavior of HIV infection," mosquito bites do not spread AIDS, "awareness of HIV / AIDS voluntary testing agencies" homosexuality is not psychologically or psychologically ill, "and other items known rate is higher than the conventional group. The percentage increase of 7.9% to 6.9% or 5.440%; "people with AIDS have the right to protect their privacy" and "hope to accept various forms of AIDS," STDs, reproductive health knowledge, "understanding and embracing homosexuality" increased by 7.75.5 and 4.5 percent, while "AIDS is far from us" decreased by 4.7 percent. Conclusion taking micro-film as the starting point, AIDS health education in colleges and universities can enhance students' interest in learning, deepen AIDS prevention and control education, improve students' understanding of the contents of health education, and make up for the deficiency of pure speech teaching.
