【摘要】：目的了解南京某浴池男男性行為(MSM)人群危險(xiǎn)行為、安全套使用情況及影響因素,為干預(yù)策略提供依據(jù)。方法采用知情同意的原則,在某MSM浴池開(kāi)展問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和自愿咨詢檢測(cè),對(duì)安全套使用的影響因素進(jìn)行單因素和多因素分析。結(jié)果調(diào)查對(duì)象最近一次與同性發(fā)生肛交使用安全套的比例是67.2%,最近6個(gè)月與同性發(fā)生肛交堅(jiān)持使用安全套的比例為13.5%。年齡≤30歲(OR=2.24)、既往做過(guò)HIV檢測(cè)(OR=2.04)、最近1周肛交次數(shù)≤2(OR=2.00)、最近1年接受過(guò)艾滋病預(yù)防干預(yù)(OR=3.16),是影響浴池MSM使用安全套的保護(hù)性因素。結(jié)論浴池MSM最近6個(gè)月與同性發(fā)生肛交行為堅(jiān)持使用安全套的比例較低,需要加大干預(yù)力度,大力宣傳并推廣安全套的使用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the risk behavior, condom use and influencing factors of male sex behavior (MSM) in a bathing pool in Nanjing, and to provide evidence for intervention strategies. Methods based on the principle of informed consent, questionnaires and voluntary counseling were conducted in a MSM bath.
