【摘要】：目的規(guī)范郴州市不明原因發(fā)熱病人瘧原蟲血片制作質(zhì)量,為消除瘧疾提供技術(shù)保障。方法按《消除瘧疾技術(shù)方案(2011年版)》要求,在2014年每月抽取郴州市各縣(市、區(qū))不明原因發(fā)熱病人瘧原蟲鏡檢血片,其中陰性血片抽取不少于3%,陽性血片全部抽取,瘧疾鏡檢專家對抽取血片的制作、染色、清潔度和血檢結(jié)果進(jìn)行復(fù)核,并采用描述性流行病學(xué)方法對血片復(fù)核數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果 2014年,全市共復(fù)核血片231張,復(fù)核率為6.91%,血片制作合格率為80.52%,血片染色合格率為84.42%,血片清潔度合格率為86.58%,未發(fā)現(xiàn)誤檢和漏檢。血片制作合格率、染色合格率和清潔度合格率最高的是桂陽縣和臨武縣(均為100.00%),血片制作合格率和清潔度合格率最低的是宜章縣(分別為52.94%、70.59%),血片染色合格率最低是永興縣(63.64%);桂陽縣與宜章縣血片制作合格率和清潔度合格率差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2制作=18.60,χ2清潔度=9.73,P均0.01),桂陽縣與永興縣血片染色合格率差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=11.43,P0.01)。結(jié)論通過抽查復(fù)核血片質(zhì)量,及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)血片質(zhì)量問題,可促進(jìn)血片質(zhì)量提升,有助于消除瘧疾目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to standardize the quality of Plasmodium falciparum blood tablets in patients with fever of unknown origin in Chenzhou, and to provide technical guarantee for eliminating malaria. Methods according to the requirements of the Technical Plan for Malaria Elimination (2011 Edition), the blood samples of patients with fever of unknown origin were collected monthly in 2014 from counties (cities, districts) of Chenzhou City, of which no less than 3 samples were taken from negative blood smears and all positive blood slices were taken. The experts of malaria microscopic examination reviewed the preparation, staining, cleanliness and blood test results of blood samples, and analyzed the data of blood smears by descriptive epidemiological method. Results in 2014, 231 blood slices were reviewed in the whole city, the rate of review was 6.91, the qualified rate of blood film making was 80.52, the qualified rate of blood smear staining was 84.42 and the qualified rate of blood film cleanliness was 86.58. The qualified rate of blood film making, The highest qualified rate of dyeing and cleanliness were in Guiyang County and Linwu County (both 100.00%), the lowest in Yizhang County (52.94Geng 70.59%), the lowest in Yongxing County (63.64%), and the lowest in Guiyang County. There was significant difference between the qualified rate of blood film making and cleanliness (蠂 ~ 2 making 18.60, 蠂 ~ 2 cleanliness 9.73 P 0.01), and the difference between Gui Yang County and Yongxing County was statistically significant (蠂 ~ 211.43 ~ (3) P _ (0.01). Conclusion by checking the quality of blood tablets and finding the quality problems in time, the quality of blood tablets can be promoted and the goal of malaria can be eliminated.
