【摘要】：華支睪吸蟲是被世界衛(wèi)生組織確認(rèn)的膽管癌Ⅰ類致癌物。2005年調(diào)查顯示,我國(guó)華支睪吸蟲病流行區(qū)的標(biāo)化感染率為0.58%,估算感染人數(shù)為1 249萬(wàn)人,且全球華支睪吸蟲感染者中有80%分布在中國(guó)大陸。原國(guó)家衛(wèi)生部衛(wèi)生政策法規(guī)司于2009年3月13日頒布實(shí)施了《華支wj吸蟲病診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(WS309-2009)。該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)由6章組成,包括適用范圍、術(shù)語(yǔ)和定義、診斷依據(jù)、診斷原則、診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和鑒別診斷。另附有3個(gè)資料性附錄(病原學(xué)、流行病學(xué)和臨床表現(xiàn)、酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗(yàn)及鑒別診斷)和1個(gè)規(guī)范性附錄(病原學(xué)檢查)。該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的頒布施行,為全國(guó)各級(jí)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)和疾病預(yù)防控制機(jī)構(gòu)診斷華支睪吸蟲病提供了技術(shù)規(guī)范。本文結(jié)合我國(guó)華支wj吸蟲病的流行情況,對(duì)《華支wj吸蟲病診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(WS309-2009)的主要內(nèi)容進(jìn)行了解讀,以促進(jìn)該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的宣傳貫徹和實(shí)施。
[Abstract]:Clonorchiasis sinensis (Clonorchis sinensis) is a type I carcinogen of cholangiocarcinoma recognized by the World Health Organization. An investigation in 2005 showed that the standardized infection rate of clonorchiasis sinensis in China was 0.58, and the estimated number of infected persons was 12.49 million. And 80% of the global infected with Clonorchis sinensis are found in mainland China. On March 13, 2009, the Department of Health Policy and Law of the Ministry of Health promulgated and implemented the diagnostic criteria of WJ clonorchiasis in China (WS309-2009). The standard consists of 6 chapters, including scope of application, terminology and definition, diagnostic basis, diagnostic principles, diagnostic criteria and differential diagnosis. In addition, three information appendices (etiology, epidemiology and clinical manifestations, enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (Elisa) and differential diagnosis) and a normative appendix (etiology examination) were attached. The promulgation and implementation of this standard provides technical specifications for the diagnosis of clonorchiasis sinensis in medical institutions and disease prevention and control institutions at all levels in China. Based on the epidemic situation of WJ clonorchiasis in China, the main contents of the diagnostic criteria of WJ clonorchiasis in China (WS309-2009) were analyzed in order to promote the propaganda and implementation of the standard.
