【摘要】：目的分析2010-2015年淮安市消除瘧疾防控措施執(zhí)行情況,評估措施效果,為制訂和調(diào)整消除瘧疾策略和措施提供依據(jù)。方法收集2010-2015年淮安市網(wǎng)絡(luò)報告瘧疾疫情、發(fā)熱病人血檢、專報系統(tǒng)中瘧疾病例個案調(diào)查表、疫點調(diào)查與處置表等信息,并進行統(tǒng)計分析。結(jié)果 2010-2015年共報告瘧疾病例267例,血檢發(fā)熱病人303 016人,陽性231例,血檢陽性率為0.08%。2010年和2011年有22例本地感染間日瘧病例報告,其余245例均為境外輸入病例。全部瘧疾病例均于發(fā)現(xiàn)后24 h內(nèi)進行了網(wǎng)絡(luò)直報,并于網(wǎng)絡(luò)直報后3 d內(nèi)和7 d內(nèi)分別開展了流行病學(xué)個案調(diào)查和疫點調(diào)查與處置,執(zhí)行率均達100%。所有病例中,網(wǎng)絡(luò)直報后2 d內(nèi)完成流行病學(xué)個案調(diào)查的有261例,執(zhí)行率為97.95%;網(wǎng)絡(luò)直報后5 d內(nèi)完成疫點調(diào)查與處置的有252例,執(zhí)行率為94.38%。結(jié)論 2010-2015年淮安市消除瘧疾"1-3-7定點清除"工作模式執(zhí)行率均達到了100%。全市連續(xù)4年無本地感染瘧疾病例報告,初步實現(xiàn)消除瘧疾目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the implementation of anti malaria control measures in Huaian for 2010-2015 years, to evaluate the effect of measures, and to provide the basis for formulating and adjusting malaria strategies and measures. Methods to collect malaria epidemic situation in Huaian City, blood test of fever patients, malaria case investigation form in special report system, investigation and disposal table of epidemic point, and so on. Results in 2010-2015 years, 267 cases of malaria, 303016 patients with fever and 231 positive cases were reported. The positive rate of blood test was 0.08%.2010 and 2011, there were 22 cases of local infection of Plasmodium vivax, and the other 245 cases were imported from abroad. All cases were reported in 24 h after the discovery. The epidemiological case investigation and epidemic point investigation and disposal were carried out in 3 D and 7 d after the network direct report. The execution rate was all in all cases of 100%., 261 cases completed the epidemiological case investigation within 2 d after the network direct report, and the execution rate was 97.95%; 252 cases completed the investigation and disposal of the epidemic point within 5 d after the network direct report, and the execution rate was 94.38%. Conclusion 2010-2015 years in Huaian City, the implementation of elimination rate reached 100%. in the city for 4 consecutive years without local malaria malaria cases report "targeted 1-3-7" model, initially realized the goal of eliminating malaria.
